Returns & Repairs

Returns:
We are committed to creating handcrafted wood products that exceed all customer expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your product within the first 30 days after delivery, please contact us by emailing support@fpcompanyonline.com. Customer Support will do its best to make the product right for you, or can make the arrangements authorizing its return. In the case of a return, please pack the item and packing slip back in the shipping box and send to:

After we’ve receive it, a refund of the purchase price will be issued via the same method as your payment, pending there’s no damage to the product upon its inspection. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Due to their personalized nature, custom-made products are unfortunately non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have a problem with a custom-made product, please contact us via email at support@fpcompanyonline.com. Customer Support will do its best to make it right for you.


Repairs:
If your purchased item becomes accidently damaged after you’ve received it, email support@fpcompanyonline.com. We will do our best to repair it and return it to you for only the cost of shipping and handling. If it cannot be repaired, we can make arrangements with you for partial online store credit toward the purchase of a new item.

If you suspect damage due to a defect in the manufacturing process, let us know by emailing support@fpcompanyonline.com. We will make arrangements with you to ship the item back to us for repair or replacement at no charge.

If damage is done to a product during shipment, please report it to us by emailing support@fpcompanyonline.com within 24 hours of receipt, so we can resolve the matter with the shipping vendor and get a replacement product to you.
